Today I had some minor surgery at the doctors and I was explained thoroughly what was about to happen. I was talked through the whole procedure and given advice for after care. Really great service.

Excellent information prior to the surgery as to what options there were; what to expect during the surgery and also as to answering any questions I had. The doctor and assistant nurse were very friendly and professional. I can't think of anything that could be improved.
